Booking a Trip
Trip Prices and Inclusions
The price of a trip includes the services and amenities outlined in the trip itinerary. Unless otherwise specified, the price does not include airfare, ground transportation, visas, vaccinations, or personal expenses such as souvenirs and meals not included in the itinerary.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been arranged. We accept the following forms of payment: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit card, and bank transfer. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
Cancellation and Refunds
We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
Changes and Modifications
We reserve the right to make changes to a trip itinerary as necessary. In the event of a significant change, we will notify you as soon as possible. We also reserve the right to cancel a trip if minimum participation levels are not met. In the event of a trip cancellation, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
Responsibility and Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur during your trip. You are solely responsible for your personal safety and well-being. We recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance and follow the advice of local authorities and our trip leaders.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
