How do I book a trip with TraveLLuxCurator?

You can book a trip with TraveLLuxCurator by visiting our website and browsing through our various travel options. You can also give us a call or send us an email to discuss your travel plans and book a customized trip.

How far in advance should I book my trip with TraveLLuxCurator?

All trips must be PAID in full 35 days before departure. NO EXCEPTIONS. Bookings should be held with a Non-Refundable deposit as soon as you are ready to hold your adventure

Is it possible to make changes to my trip after it has been booked?

Yes, it is often possible to make changes to your trip after it has been booked. However, this can depend on the specific travel arrangements and the terms and conditions of your booking. It's a good idea to contact TraveLLuxCurator as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your trip.

Can I book a trip for a group with TraveLLuxCurator?

Yes, TraveLLuxCurator is able to accommodate group travel bookings. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a reunion, or a group getaway with friends, we can help you find the perfect travel package to suit your needs.

Do you provide refunds?

No, we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Do you offer payment plans?

YES! We require a nonrefundable deposit, but almost all trips with advanced booking can be paid out and equal payments. The number of payments will depend on the date of your booking and the final due date guidelines.

Where do I send my travel documents? (i.e. Passports, Drivers Lic. etc.)

Once your payment is completed, you will get your payment ID either on the same page or on your e mail address from Stripe. Upload your payment ID with all the other information on our Client Portal: https://travelluxcurator.com/client-portal/

Can you help me set up a photo session or drone shoot on my trip?

Yes.. Based on budget and location we can provide and coordinate options for a shoot of a lifetime.

I don't know what to pack can you help me?

Yes! we offer complementary emails to your destination that will have best practices and suggestions to help you be well prepared and packed for your trip including weather updates.

I need someone to travel with do you offer companion travel services?

Yes. Jade is available for travel and private tours. Rates can be quoted and requested on a case by case inquiry.

If I'm a solo travler on a group tour can I be matched with someone for double occupancy?

Yes. Not all trips will have this as an option but many times traveler will select to be paired with someone. We can offer this by inquiry during your initial booking.

Do you offer travel insurance?

How do I make my payments for my trip?

Is there free time on my trip to explore on my own?

Yes. We always take the time to build in free time for you to be able to explore on your own. It is up to you as to attend any of the excursions.

What if I miss an event or planned tour?

We understand things happen, however everything is included in your package price and it is the travelers responsibility to make sure they are at the designated meeting spots for all tours. There are no refunds for missed tours. You are able to let your guides know in advance if you do choose to sit out or miss a planned excursion.

Do I need to exchange my money in advance for local currency?

No. We always recommend you do exchanges within the country. You usually will find a better rate than at local banks or airports.

What if I become ill or get sick while traveling?

We have staff well trained to get help and medical attention in the need of an emergency. It is critically important for you to have travel insurance, and your private health insurance carried on you to help members tend to your medical needs as soon as possible..

I don't see a destination I'm interested in can we make a request?

Absolutely! We love creating new tours and welcome the opportunity to work with you and curate a personalized destination

Do you offer private jet services?

Do you book airline reservations?

Yes and NO. We do NOT offer local bookings or individual travel reaervations. We do offer Group travel airline reservations for 10 or more.
